I am from Raaso, and I personally do not like clanish politics that we pose in these websites. Also, I understand that genuine greviences that the Sheekhaash community have. For the sake of the Somali Nation in Ethiopia, let us work together, let us start grassroot organizatoins that works for the sake of our people. I believe every child in our region should have education, should live in peace, and should have food to eat. I believe that we can not build modern society unless we address the social illnesses. We must talk and address the injustices within ourselves and the ones that the federal government inflecting upon the Somali people in the region. A divided house can not unstand up to the challenges, can not cure the societial illnesses, can not unite its people, can not promote peace and justice among its people and curtainly can not demand its rightulf rights.

Let me make it clear to all who really care about your people and their future.we have proven that we are the most educated, the most capable people among somalis of all clans.Every hereo in the somali society today belongs to our community,the sheekhaash.I think we have ignored our own sub-community by concentrating on helping the larger community but somalis of today don't really care that and they are not thankful.

While I don't mind our elites helping the larger somali community,I think the time has come to focus on our own sub-community.We are calling upon all our elites and highly educated people to come and help our people and build a future for our young generation.We need educators,we need doctors and we need engineers to come to Raaso,Laab,Jijiga,Godey,Bombaas,Garbo, Iimay Galbeed, dhagaxmadow and dhaleey.

we have built a university in Mogadishu and Hargeysa but now we need to build another university in Raaso and make Raaso the epicenter and hub of business,education and health. This should be our challenge and I believe it will be an easy challenger.we have the resources,both financial and human resources.we just need to pull it together and focus.
